Gear up for motors and machines

The Saurer Museum – a world that combines power, fascination, technology and industrial world history. Located on the picturesque shores of Lake Constance in Arbon, the museum presents the history of the once world-famous company. On display are historical vehicles still in working order, such as trucks, buses, military vehicles, fire engines and post buses, as well as embroidery and weaving machines of all generations, all of which were manufactured in Arbon.

The Museum on the Lake is supplemented by the Depot located at the former Site II, which also contains interesting pieces of Saurer production.
