On 8 July,  In its radio broadcast "Treffpunkt", SRF reported on the launch of the SIH web portal. The broadcast sheds light on the many exciting places there are to discover that preserve Switzerland's unique industrial heritage.

In the broadcast, VINTES Vice Chairwoman Regula Wyss offers insight into the develpment of the SIH-plaform, which for the first time brings together the most importent sites and destinations related to Swiss industrial culture. SIH is thus taking a major step towards making Switzerland's often neglected industrial heritage known to a wider public.

The Lottery Fund of the Canton Uri supports Swiss Industrial Heritage

The Canton Uri has also joined the ranks. The outstanding industrial heritage of the Gotthard mountain railway is represented with two tourist attractions.
